How to Apply: You will need to follow the procedure set forth by your designated state agency. If you are approved for this program, you will need to commit to and complete a three-year service requirement.

What Loans Qualify: Direct and Family Federal Education Loan Program (FFEL) student loans that are not Parent PLUS loans.

How Much?: Up to $10,000 per year, with a maximum of $60,000 total.

Anything Else I Should Know?:  You may qualify for this option if you are an attorney employed full-time by a non-profit organization under contract with state or local government in certain situations.
