Federal Trade Commision Action

The Federal Trade Commission and some Attorney’s General have taken action against some “debt relief” organizations that were allegedly taking advantage of vulnerable borrowers in ways that were, at best, deceptive and at worst, outright fraud. This is exactly why TISLA was founded as we believe that nobody should ever have to pay for help with their student loans.
