What Loans Qualify: Any student loan.

How Much?: The program provides for up to $3,000 of state funded loan repayment at the end of the first year of teaching, up to $4,000 at the end of the second year, and up to $5,000 at the end of the third year. In addition, the school district has the option to offer up to $5,000 at the end of the fourth year, but this is entirely a local decision.

Anything Else I Should Know?:  This program includes more than just teachers; various other professionals are eligible as long as they are employed by a qualifying school, special education program, or youth correctional facility.
